Lady

There is some lady walking around on our street. she seems drunk or crazy but what ever she is, its freaky. Gabi first saw her standing in the intersection. we have been watching her for maybe 10 mins. and its been at least another 10 mins. since we've seen her. The police looked for her a little bit too. awkward....
